Sales Vice President Job Description

At Joeonto Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Vice President to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales processes.
  • Manage Sales Teams: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences, and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Work Environment:

The Sales Vice President will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

Work Conditions:

The Sales Vice President will work 35 hours per week, with a permanent work term. The successful candidate will be required to work in English, with occasional travel to customer and partner sites.
