Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of field operations technicians, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees and customers, ensuring daily communication and monitoring engagement levels.
  • Identify and remove barriers to the team or business, driving growth and improvement.
  • Manage and grow the business, including the roll-out of new products, processes, and tools.
  • Contribute to the delivery of an exceptional customer experience, handling escalations and monitoring work quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site visits to assess operational performance.
  • Manage operational and capital budgets, creating and adhering to financial plans.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CATV, CATV plant maintenance, construction, planning, installations, and service experience.
  • Supervisory training and/or experience, with a strong track record of team building.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting ideas, public speaking, and writing documents for internal and external audiences.
  • Strong decision-making skills and good judgment.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated, with the ability to work with the public.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Internet applications.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to provide a driver's abstract annually.
