Your Role in Our Success...
Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will oversee the sanitation processes within the wet and dry packaging zones, coolers, and the equipment utilized in cheese production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize quality and customer satisfaction while adhering to all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Thoroughly rinse, wash, and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and facility areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, doors, and sinks in the wet and dry packaging areas.
- Effectively rinse and foam the production zones and coolers.
- Clean and sanitize spice bins, vacuum machines, and labeling equipment.
- Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation and sanitation protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in food, dairy, or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and capacity to multitask.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
