About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Pet Care Assistant to join our team at Furry Friends Pet Resort. As a key member of our animal care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and attention to our furry friends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document animal behavior and monitor their well-being
  • Prepare and serve food and water to our animals
  • Clean and disinfect animal enclosures and facilities
  • Keep accurate records of animal treatments and care
  • Supervise and assist with animal handling and care tasks
  • Maintain and order supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Experience working with animals, preferably in a shelter or pet care setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
