Your Role as a Welder

In this role, you will be responsible for welding metal parts and operating industrial machinery to fulfill customer orders in our conveyor shop.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute MIG welding processes on metal components.
  • Adhere to process sheets, blueprints, or verbal instructions provided by supervisors to complete production tasks.
  • Maneuver large, heavy, or awkward parts manually or using a crane.
  • Inspect welds throughout the process and utilize grinding tools as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and machine operation.
  • Verify that operations meet predetermined tolerances.
  • Assist in other areas or departments as assigned.
