  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Read and Interpret Work Orders: Accurately read and understand work orders to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Operate Power Tools and Equipment: Safely operate power tools and equipment, including reciprocating saws, circular saws, concrete saws, drills, and hand tools.
  • Meet Security and Safety Requirements: Pass a criminal record check and driving record check (abstract) to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Transportation and Travel: Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation to travel to work sites.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in physically demanding environments, requiring attention to detail and the ability to lift over 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate dependability, reliability, teamwork, hard work, and punctuality.
