Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair roofing systems on commercial and residential buildings, ensuring a watertight seal and compliance with industry standards.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces, using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Install and repair metal roofs, using hand and power tools, and ensuring a secure and durable finish.
  • Install sheet metal flashings, using precision cutting and fitting techniques.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in roofing installation and repair.
  • Physical stamina to work at heights, in outdoor environments, and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision tools.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Working Conditions
  • Physically demanding work environment, requiring regular bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Exposure to outdoor elements, including extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
Language and Work Environment
  • English or French language proficiency required.
  • 35 hours per week work schedule, with regular breaks and time off.
