Dental Clinic Operations Manager and Treatment Coordinator

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join MHMI as a Dental Administrator and Treatment Coordinator. As the face and voice of our clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our team of dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our dental office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with patients, dentists, and other staff members.
- Verify and process insurance claims, manage collections, and schedule appointments to achieve operational goals and minimize expenses.
- Collaborate with our Periodontist and Orthodontist to develop treatment plans and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous dental experience, with a strong understanding of dental practice management software and computer competency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and supporting the MHMI team.
