About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team at Digital Alcoholic Technology Inc. as a Creative Design Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of visual communications materials, including graphic designs, illustrations, and animations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Create high-quality visual communications materials, including graphic designs, illustrations, and animations, that meet the company's branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior designers and artists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to produce high-quality work.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Technology and Tools: Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and technologies, and recommend new tools and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Rural area.
  • Work Hours: 36 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
