Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Sourcing
- Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms.
- Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Review inventory levels and adjust purchasing decisions accordingly.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Supply Chain Management
- Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, and customer service metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
