Commercial Store Associate

Le titulaire de ce poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec la clientèle en peinture commerciale pour déterminer les besoins, répondre aux questions sur les produits Sherwin-Williams et recommander les bonnes solutions. Les coordonnateurs(-trices) de succursale sont également tenu(e)s de résoudre rapidement toute préoccupation de la clientèle et d'assurer une satisfaction maximale de celle-ci, de rester au courant des caractéristiques des produits et de maintenir les normes de qualité et les normes visuelles élevées des produits et du magasin.
Responsabilités- Assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle grâce à un service des ventes d'excellente qualité
- Aider la clientèle en personne et au téléphone en déterminer les besoins et en présentant des produits et services adéquats
- Établir des relations de confiance productives avec la clientèle grossiste
- Traiter les transactions de vente avec précision et conformément aux politiques et procédures
- Suivre et atteindre les objectifs de vente sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle
- Tenir à jour des dossiers et des formules de travail précis
- Retirer les produits appropriés du plancher de vente ou de l'entrepôt
- Ajouter les teintes et mélanger les produits, au besoin, selon les spécifications du client
- Placer les produits sur les tablettes et installer les présentoirs
- Nettoyer l'équipement du magasin
- Charger/décharger les camions de livraison
- Aider à effectuer les livraisons, au besoin
- Maintenir les zones assignées garnies et présentables
- Se tenir au courant des produits offerts et présenter les options disponibles
- Se conformer aux procédures de contrôle de l'inventaire
- Suggérer des façons d'améliorer les ventes
- Doit être âgé(e) d'au moins dix-sept (17) ans
- Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler dans le pays d'emploi
- Doit être capable de récupérer du matériel des étagères et des empilements sur le plancher, ainsi que de porter jusqu'à 23 kg (50 lb), parfois jusqu'à 32 kg (70 lb) avec ou sans accommodement raisonnable
- Capacité de lire, d'écrire, de comprendre et de communiquer en français
- Si vous êtes employé(e) par Sherwin-Williams, vous devez avoir reçu au moins la note « satisfait aux attentes » (3) lors de votre dernière évaluation des performances
- Si vous êtes employé(e) par Sherwin-Williams, vous devez avoir suivi toutes les formations HR Cloud eLearning requises pour votre poste actuel
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide et sans restriction
- Avoir au moins un diplôme d'études secondaires ou un diplôme de formation générale
- Avoir au moins un (1) an d'expérience dans un poste de livraison, de vente au détail ou de service clientèle
- Avoir une expérience de travail dans la vente de peinture et de produits connexes
- Avoir une expérience de travail dans l'utilisation d'équipement de teinture et de mélange
- Capacité de lire, d'écrire, de comprendre et de communiquer dans plus d'une langue
