Nurse Educator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Nurse Educator to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a Nurse Educator, you will be responsible for guiding post-graduate and undergraduate learners in the clinical environment at both RGH and PH ERs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement educational programs for medical learners
- Provide guidance and support to learners in the clinical environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the development of the vision and strategic plan for the clinical program
- Act as a change agent to facilitate improvements and enhanced client-centered care
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Requires or in progress towards a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
- Requires current BCLS
- Certification in a medical specialty would be an asset
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience related to the clinical area within the past five (5) years
- One (1) year previous experience in adult education
- Experience in program/resource development, teaching adults, facilitation skills, and leading group activities
