We are seeking an experienced Accounting Technician to join our team at Ascent CPA Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Office, Spreadsheet
