Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Brothers Inn Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff

Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Inspect and Monitor Housekeeping Operations

Conduct regular inspections of housekeeping areas to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Maintain Safety and Quality Standards

Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of and adhere to our safety and quality standards, including local health and sanitation regulations.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Oversee the inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.

Respond to Guest Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role

Language

English

Work Hours

30 hours per week
