CB Canada is seeking a Team Lead - Jet Fuels, Operations in the energy transportation sector. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of jet fuel pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support routine pipeline operations and maintenance tasks, including One-Call response, aerial patrol reviews, product sampling, troubleshooting, and repairs of various equipment.
  • Oversee the operational components of the Emergency Management Program, ensuring effective planning and participation in emergency response exercises.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and job execution plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of work scopes.
  • Plan and organize work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to achieve operational goals while adapting to resource and equipment availability.
  • Manage the operational budget effectively.
  • Provide necessary operations and technical input for project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to the Management of Change (MOC) process.
  • Engage in corporate initiatives, including best practice development and change management for transformation projects.
  • Foster positive relationships with community stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on operations and maintenance.
  • Power Engineering or Trades certification, or a degree/diploma in Business or Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in Emergency Response and Training (up to ICS 300) is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with business-related software applications.
  • Prior experience with SAP PM or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to engage positively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent critical thinking abilities, including data analysis for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
