As a Customer Service Cashier at Cottonwood Esso, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate the cash register and handle transactions.
- Process various forms of payment including cash, cheques, and credit/debit cards.
- Engage in suggestive selling to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves and keeping the counter area tidy.
- Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Carefully wrap or bag merchandise for customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Monitor all entrances and exits, ensuring proof of payment is requested when necessary.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Hours: Expect to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
