We are seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Billing Operations Coordinator. This position involves managing the electronic invoicing process and ensuring timely approvals through our designated platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and transmit invoices to client systems utilizing eBillingHub and other billing software tailored for legal services.
- Track acceptance or rejection notifications and work closely with the team lead to resolve any issues.
- Oversee a shared electronic billing inbox, addressing inquiries and escalating matters as necessary.
- Collaborate with billing coordinators to troubleshoot configuration challenges affecting electronic invoice submissions.
- Input billing forecasts, status updates, budgets, professional rates, and justifications into client systems.
- Resolve technical challenges associated with LEDES files.
- Develop and maintain professional rate lists and mandate details for client platforms.
- Support special projects as assigned by the billing manager.
- Serve as a resource for administrative personnel and attorneys regarding electronic billing queries.

Qualifications
