Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing customers with tailored solutions and expert guidance on Desjardins products
* Delivering outstanding service and sales for transactions related to insurance products and services
* Acting as a process/product expert to address customer concerns and resolve issues
* Working effectively as a team to achieve set goals and support colleagues
* Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs
* Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, working with a dynamic team to deliver results and achieve a rewarding career.

Requirements:

* Sales experience preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive problem-solving and customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers
* Passionate about delivering superior customer experiences
* Property & Casualty license preferred (we will help successful candidates obtain licensing)
