Daily Responsibilities:
  • Perform front-end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments.
  • Safely execute tire removal, installation, and repair for passenger and light truck vehicles, including dismounting and mounting tires, balancing, inflating, and reinstalling tires. Assess tire issues, determine reparability, and apply suitable repair techniques.
  • Utilize alignment machines, flush machines, and conduct oil lube and filter services.
  • Assist in mechanical inspections and services, adhering to work order procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Completion of an Automotive Technician Program or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting and constant movement.
