As an expert advisor, you will support teams in the adoption of Salesforce, while contributing your programming know-how to connect various technological tools using the Boomi integration platform. Your mission will be to simplify and optimize our users' processes, ensuring data integrity and delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Salesforce, ensuring access and security management, configuration management, report and dashboard creation, data maintenance, and more.
- Identify and track system problems through to resolution, ensuring seamless user experience.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity in Salesforce, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create and maintain user support materials, guiding users to maximize adoption and effective use of Salesforce.
- Work closely with all Salesforce Experts in the various Buettner Group subsidiaries, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities, applying them to improve our processes.
- Connect various technology tools (e.g. CRM, ERP, HR, Payroll, etc.) using the Boomi integration platform, enhancing our overall system efficiency.
