About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Entact Solutions Inc. as a key member of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
