Job Overview

At Montana's BBQ and Bar, we're passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the energetic and approachable vibe of our team
  • Provide personalized service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date on our menu offerings and make recommendations to guests
  • Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Server is an asset
  • Applicable provincial certification in responsible alcohol service is required
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and maintain high energy levels
  • Commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality
