Key Responsibilities
  • Press Operation: Operate flexographic presses to produce high-quality prints, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Press Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on presses, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Material Handling: Handle and store materials, including plates, cylinders, and ink, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the press crew to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Noisy work environment with potential odors.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to distinguish between colors.
