Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at SSR Resort Management (Canada) Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of our resort, including rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
  • Ensure all areas are tidy and well-organized, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Perform tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and polishing to maintain a high level of presentation.
  • Restock supplies and amenities as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
