Reporting to: Clinic Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate patient identification, safety, and preparation prior to scans.
- Clearly explain procedures to patients, position them appropriately, and observe during examinations.
- Maintain equipment according to established standards, performing quality control assessments regularly.
- Prepare and organize comprehensive reports for physician review.
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow by assisting with additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in ultrasound technology.
- Current CMRTO certification and CPR certificate are essential.
- Experience in Vascular, MSK & OB is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
- A commitment to ongoing education and professional development is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
