We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Claremont Educational Services, Inc. as a key member of our facilities management team.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our educational facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that our facilities are maintained within allocated resources.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all necessary services are provided to maintain our facilities.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are maintained efficiently and effectively.
- Education: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in facilities management or a related field.
- Work Environment: Ability to work at heights, in wet/damp conditions, and in dusty environments.
- Work Setting: Experience working in a school or educational institution setting.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Repetitive Tasks: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
