About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Claremont Educational Services, Inc. as a key member of our facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our educational facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that our facilities are maintained within allocated resources.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all necessary services are provided to maintain our facilities.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are maintained efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in facilities management or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work at heights, in wet/damp conditions, and in dusty environments.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in a school or educational institution setting.
