About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Mindanao General Contracting Services Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the supervision of experienced construction professionals.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Work Site Environment: Work outdoors, at heights, and in dusty conditions.
  • Work Setting: Work at various locations, including construction sites.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and work in physically demanding conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with nail guns and drills.
  • Construction Specialization: Residential construction experience.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a team environment, handle repetitive tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
