CULINARY SERVICE ASSOCIATE

At our Bistro, we are dedicated to crafting delightful meals using carefully selected organic, locally sourced sustainable ingredients: fresh produce, ethically raised and grass-fed meats and dairy, and products free from additives or preservatives. Our patrons enjoy our fresh juices and smoothies, gourmet sandwiches and wraps, salads, hearty soups, entrées, and a variety of baked goods. Additionally, we provide appealing options for diverse dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and paleo diets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet our customers warmly – we value building connections with both new and returning patrons while sharing a laugh. Assist customers with their orders, which may involve answering questions about our menu items and providing suggestions based on their dietary needs (training will be provided). Prepare, create, and serve our menu offerings, including specialty smoothies and juices. Utilize your attention to detail to create appealing and inviting food displays. Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized kitchen area using the 'clean as you go' method. Teamwork is essential. In essence, you will support your colleagues, share your knowledge of our exceptional products, prioritize safety, be a collaborative team player, and enjoy your work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You possess a service-oriented mindset with experience in a lively customer service setting. Passionate about food and eager to share your favorite items. You are adaptable and contribute to a smooth workflow. You approach and engage with people confidently and amicably. Open to acquiring new skills and knowledge. Enjoy having fun at work. Food Safe I Certification is a plus, but not a requirement for application.
