Position Overview

As an Ophthalmic Support Specialist at SANDHU OPTICAL, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional eye care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assistance: Support health care professionals in various tasks related to patient care.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize and manage ophthalmic testing and measuring instruments effectively.
  • Claims Processing: Handle claims for health insurance and workers' compensation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain supplies and manage the inventory of equipment.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general office tasks including scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Patient History: Gather and document patients' general medical and ophthalmic history.
  • Office Management: Oversee routine office functions, including reception and telephone management.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and maintain inventory efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
