Lockpress Operator

We are seeking a skilled Lockpress Operator to join our team at Infasco NUT. As a Lockpress Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lockpress equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality parts.

• Operate and Maintain Lockpress Equipment: Safely operate and maintain lockpress equipment to produce high-quality parts, adhering to customer specifications.
• Monitor Part Dimensions and Quality: Monitor part dimensions and quality using assigned measuring devices and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain part quality within customer tolerance specifications.
• Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on press equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Respect Safety Standards: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols.
• Other Related Tasks: Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Experience: Experience with press machinery or similar equipment is an asset.
• Inspecting Tools and Procedures: Experience with inspecting tools and procedures to measuring part conformity.
• Customer Dimensional Prints: Ability to read and interpret customer dimensional prints.
• Physical Abilities: Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Machine Operation and Safety Standards: Strong understanding of machine operation and safety standards.
