About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our NPD Manufacturing team at BRP. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth production and delivery of products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and manage budgets and resources.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project and Asana.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
