We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Global team. As a key member of our Commercial Multi-National team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our multi-national clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a designated portfolio of multi-national clients, driving business retention and building strong relationships.
- Review accounts at renewal, ensuring accurate coverage and adherence to binding authority.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and policy changes to provide expert advice to clients.
- 3-5 years of Commercial Lines experience, preferably in a brokerage environment.
- Active RIBO License and willingness to pursue Quebec license.
- Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset.
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications and designations highly valued.
