Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Talent Culture and Customer Experience Manager in fulfilling the customer recruitment mandate.
  • Manage the full cycle of the recruiting process, including creating and executing job offers, selecting resumes, conducting interviews, presenting qualified candidates to clients, and negotiating job offers.
  • Utilize various job search methods, such as job boards and social media, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Proactively research, build, and maintain a talent pool for current and future positions.
  • Participate in enhancing the company's employer brand by creating attractive job offers and fostering positive interactions with candidates.
  • Participate in the creation of internal communications to promote vacancies.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience in employer branding is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong talent networks.
