About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at H&M Group. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and inspiring customer experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store team to create visually appealing store displays and window displays
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and ensure that our store displays reflect the latest styles and designs
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that all visual merchandising activities are carried out in accordance with H&M Group's brand standards and guidelines
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and visual merchandising principles
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
