We are seeking motivated professionals to join our team as Mortgage Agents or Brokers. As a Mortgage Agent, you will be responsible for originating clients, completing applications, and ensuring they qualify for our online step-by-step process. You will also participate in comprehensive initial and ongoing training to help you succeed in your role.

• Originate clients and complete applications
• Ensure clients qualify for our online step-by-step process
• Participate in comprehensive initial and ongoing training
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and communities

• Seasoned leadership for training, coaching, and ongoing support
• Onboarding training modules covering business, marketing, branding, networking, and business setup
• CRM, email campaigns, client loyalty program, personal mobile app, website, marketing tools, and social media program
• Best-in-class tier commission plan that increases based on performance, bonus programs, and year-end profit sharing bonus
• Valuable leads are provided, with an initial 15 leads upon setup, proven follow-up methods, and confidence-building techniques
• Our Lending products, such as the Citadel Smart Home Plan mortgage product for qualified clients
• In-house divisions for RESP, insurance, investment lending, mortgage investment, debt and credit rebuild, and car loans
• Training, guidance, and direction from successful brokers and agents

• Licensed as a Mortgage Agent, Mortgage Broker, Submortgage Broker, or Mortgage Associate in Canada
• Understanding of the mortgage origination process
• Valid Canadian work authorization
• Pass the required mortgage licencing course, depending on your province
