Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at RELIABLE CANADIAN CONTRACTORS RCC CORPORATION. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and site conditions
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Train and supervise a team of workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Oversee the safety of operations on site and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Recommend personnel actions and make decisions on hiring, training, and discipline
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Set up and maintain equipment and machinery on site
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Judgement and decision-making skills
  • Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment
