Latesa Management Inc is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher Helper to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and completion of concrete finishing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials as required.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix and pour materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
