Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at Cancom Security, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team in maintaining high standards of security operations.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with specific needs.
  • Act as the primary contact during emergency situations.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the functionality of computer systems and machinery.
  • Manage the cleaning of specialized and challenging items.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation.
  • Resolve workplace issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of team members.
  • Train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
Supervisory Scope
  • Responsible for supervising more than 20 personnel.
  • Manage working groups effectively.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Possession of a valid Security Guard License is required.
Security and Safety Protocols
  • A criminal record check is mandatory.
Work Conditions
  • Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
