About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Technician to join our team at Tantrum Ride Company Inc. as a key member of our maintenance and repair department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection: Inspect bicycles and cycling equipment to determine the requirements for repair and maintenance.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools.
  • Testing and Calibration: Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning and calibrate products using hand tools.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, organized, reliable, and ability to work in a team.
Work Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a standard 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
