About the Role

The Vice President of Marketing will lead the company's marketing direction and priorities, collaborating closely with the sales organization to drive measurable business impact. This role requires a proven B2B SaaS marketing leader with expertise in vertical market SaaS marketing to accelerate our mission to transform the future of care in the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the marketing strategy, setting priorities and metrics to support AlayaCare's business objectives.
  • Lead a team of approximately 20 employees, including design, corporate events, digital marketing, product marketing, demand gen, and external communications.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with sales, account management, and revenue operations to ensure marketing investments drive measurable business impact.
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging events, partners, digital, email, and outbound sales teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue, product, finance, and customer success teams.
  • Manage planning, staffing, budgeting, and expenses to optimize ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry and regulatory trends, deploying new and emerging GTM and market activation approaches.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience.
  • 5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS environments, specializing in enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • 5+ years in direct people leadership and scaling a full-scope marketing team.
  • Domain knowledge of all key marketing domains, with an emphasis on driving revenue growth and collaborating with sales.
  • Technical skills, including experience with inside sales organizations and proficiency with a leading revenue tech stack.
  • Channel expertise, including ABM, digital, email, events, partnerships, and outbound teams.
  • Strategic execution, with proven ability to run multi-channel strategies and leverage data to improve performance.
Location and Travel Requirements

AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model, with a regular in-office presence at the Toronto office (University and Dundas) 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based in the Greater Toronto Area.
