Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the transportation sector
- Manage the allocation of resources including materials, personnel, and finances to ensure effective implementation of company policies and initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to enhance operational synergy.
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls; develop and endorse marketing strategies; oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
- Set organizational objectives and approve policies and programs to meet strategic goals.
- Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official engagements, or appoint delegates as necessary.
- Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring they have the authority and resources needed to succeed.
Oversee a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
Work Environment- Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining high standards of operation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong awareness and ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
