Job Title: Finance Management Trainee

The Finance Management Trainee is a key role in Colgate's global organization, responsible for providing financial support and guidance to the company's commercial teams. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the company's financial operations and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategies
  • Provide financial guidance and support to commercial teams to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support investment decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CIMA are an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
