Housekeeping Room Attendant Job Description

Vogue Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work, available for the advertised start date, currently legally able to work in Canada.

Requirements: No degree, certificate or diploma required, will train. Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
