- Collaborate with other support analysts to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of solutions and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Availability for shift or on-call work.
