About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Econix InfoTech Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Consult technical documentation and resources to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other support analysts to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of solutions and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
