Job Title: Head Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Head Cleaner to join our team at Sparkle K Cleaning Services. As a Head Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our work sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Legally able to work in Canada.
