We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team at G-TEK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, and financial forecasting.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, employees, and customers.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience with financial software, including accounting and financial reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the construction or utility industry, with knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and requirements.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system requirements, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
  • Experience with JD Edwards, with knowledge of financial software and systems.
