Sales Team Lead

Mallika Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Merchandise: Ensure that the sales floor is stocked with the right products at the right time.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage schedules for sales associates to ensure adequate coverage.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that inventory is accurately counted and stored.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.
