We are seeking a proactive Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help manage our rapidly expanding infrastructure, primarily utilizing AWS along with other established tools such as Jenkins, Sentry, and Grafana.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and will be responsible for devising project plans to deploy infrastructure across multiple AWS environments without discrepancies in code.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure Oversight : Architect, implement, and sustain scalable, dependable, and secure infrastructure on AWS to bolster Fashion Nova's digital initiatives. Automation Development : Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation to streamline resource provisioning and management. CI/CD Management : Construct, oversee, and refine CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and other platforms to ensure smooth and error-free deployments. Monitoring Solutions : Establish comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Sentry to guarantee system health and performance. Security Collaboration : Partner with the security team to enforce robust security protocols, including code security assessments with GitHub Security and SonarQube, and manage AWS security settings. Scripting and Process Automation : Develop and maintain scripts (BASH, PYTHON, RUBY) to automate routine tasks, enhancing efficiency and minimizing manual effort. Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure the seamless operation of our software and systems. Provide support for infrastructure-related challenges and incidents. Documentation Maintenance : Keep accurate and current documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures to promote knowledge sharing and continuity.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a comparable role, with a strong emphasis on AWS and associated technologies. Technical Proficiency : Expertise in AWS, GitHub, Terraform/CloudFormation, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus. Strong scripting capabilities in Bash, Python, or Ruby. Security Acumen : Familiarity with code security practices and tools such as GitHub Security and SonarQube. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot complex infrastructure challenges. Teamwork Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. Flexibility : Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
