Job Title: Sales and Design Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Design Representative to join our team at RONA. As a Sales and Design Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales plans to reach annual sales and margin objectives, actively generating sales through qualifying potential customers, and executing project and design consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales plans to meet annual sales and margin objectives
  • Actively generate sales through customer interactions and referrals
  • Execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and on-site visits
  • Provide quotes to customers, including detailed scope of work, project timelines, and financial proposals
  • Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure superior customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 3 years' experience in interior/exterior project sales and management
  • Proven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments where financing is offered and guarantees are part of the offer
  • Passion for design and home improvement
  • Superior computer skills in recognized specialized design software and Microsoft Office Suite
