Job Title: Millwright

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Silver Hills Bakery. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment
  • Repair or replace defective parts and fabricate new ones as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery and equipment
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts and install new equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
